Database, authentication and Storage for accounts and operational data. TailLane projects are primarily in eu-north-1; the Supabase terms provide the DPA and transfer safeguards.
Vercel
Hosting, CDN, functions and deployments for the taillane-app project in the TailLane Team. The Vercel terms and DPA applicable to the Pro plan provide the contractual safeguards.
Cloudflare R2
Client-side encrypted backups in the EU bucket taillane-backup-eu, with verified lifecycle and isolated restore. Processing is limited to business continuity.
GitHub Actions
An ephemeral hosted runner for the main-only backup workflow: temporary export, client-side encryption, cleanup and no backup artifacts or cache. The GCA and GitHub DPA applicable to the Team govern this path.
Resend
Account petflowapp and a server-only channel for minimised internal alerts, with Sending access only and no free text. The technical sender is onboarding@resend.dev; marketing communications are not active.
Excluded services
Google and MET Norway are independent controllers for their respective services. Web Push, cloud OCR, WhatsApp Business API, analytics and Backblaze B2 are not active in the current scope.
