The problem is not storing more data. It is making the right information usable at the right moment.
As a facility grows, coordination becomes harder before the number of records looks large. A booking affects capacity; a guest profile affects meals, treatment and accommodation; a shift update affects the person taking over.
TailLane is being built to keep those relationships visible. The aim is not to add another place to enter data, but to reduce the reconstruction work that happens between one tool and another.
