Beta service
TailLane is a beta management service for pet facilities. Only features shown as active are available; demos, previews and features in development are not promises of future availability or an SLA.
Parties and accounts
The service is provided by Simone Antonio Domenighini, Via Motta 7/A, 25050 Niardo (BS), Italy. Accounts are individual, for authorised adults, and must be protected. Human access uses Google OAuth through Supabase; users remain responsible for their account use.
Acceptable use
Unlawful use, unauthorised access, bypassing controls, uploading secrets or excessive data and use outside the authorised scope are prohibited. The facility remains responsible for its instructions and data.
Data and privacy
The Privacy Notice governs TailLane's own processing. For customer, owner, pet, booking, document and facility-operation data, TailLane normally acts as Processor under the facility's separate DPA. Web Push, cloud OCR, WhatsApp Business API and other inactive paths are not promises under these Terms.
Availability, suspension and termination
The beta may be changed, suspended or stopped for maintenance, security, abuse or corrections. On termination, export, deletion, anonymisation, legal hold and backup rules in the Privacy Notice and applicable DPA apply. A previous restore must not reintroduce deleted data.
Commercial terms
Payments, automatic billing and renewals are not active. Before any commercial offer, a new version or accepted proposal will state price, taxes, duration, renewal, withdrawal and payment conditions.
Ownership, liability and law
TailLane retains rights in the software; users retain rights in submitted data to the extent needed for the service. Mandatory liabilities remain unaffected. Italian law applies and the Court of Brescia has jurisdiction subject to mandatory rules. Contact: hello@taillane.app. The Italian text prevails in case of discrepancy.
Version and changes
These Terms are version 2026-08.1 and effective from 22 August 2026. Material changes will be published with a new version and effective date.
