Latest beta update

More complete. More useful every day.

Recent releases improved reporting, daily care and data migration. Capabilities still under development remain explicitly separated.

Available in beta

Clearer reports on every screen

Improved mobile navigation, links to canonical views and financial values shown only when their source is complete.

Available in beta

Daily care that follows the stay

Recurring tasks, meals and active treatments follow current guests and remain visible in the shift history.

Available in beta

Assisted, resumable imports

Multiple files and formats enter one review flow, with ambiguous records surfaced and completed decisions retained.

In development

External integrations prepared

Technical foundations are being built, while provider connections, signatures and invoicing remain disabled until every gate is complete.

Global search

From a name to the right context.

Global search in the Dashboard separates owners, bookings, pets and rooms, then opens the selected record directly.

In the TailLane Dashboard, global search keeps result types distinct: owners, bookings, pets and rooms. A name is therefore not an isolated result, but a route into the relevant operational context.

Selecting a result opens its corresponding record directly. The capability is present in the public beta, and every name and data point shown is demonstrative only.

Daily operations

Not every item needing attention is the same.

The beta Dashboard separates emergencies, active therapies, severe allergies, incidents and handovers to confirm, using demonstration data only.

In the TailLane Dashboard, the total provides the opening picture while five categories keep emergencies, active therapies, severe allergies, incidents and handovers to confirm separate.

Each category leads to its relevant context. The capability is present in the public beta, and all names, cases and quantities shown are demonstration data only.

Operational calendar

More context for every stay.

The beta weekly view shows the pet, owner and stay period, with a quick summary and status legend on the same page.

In TailLane’s weekly calendar, each stay carries its essential references: the pet’s name, owner and period. The context remains readable directly in the operational view.

Selecting a stay opens a quick summary, while the status legend remains available on the same page. The capability is present in the public beta, and the screens shown use demonstration data only.

Privacy documentation

Privacy, in black and white.

The Privacy notice, Terms and provider list are public, versioned and dated, so the beta perimeter can be read before evaluating its use.

TailLane publishes the documents describing the current beta perimeter in Italian and English. Effective dates remain explicit: the Privacy notice and Processors and sub-processors list from 23 August 2026, and the Terms from 22 August 2026.

The texts distinguish data roles, active providers, excluded services and what remains in development. They provide a verifiable documentary basis, not an automatic compliance promise: real processing, configuration and the facility’s DPA must be assessed in context.

Public demo

A demo closer to a real working day.

The public beta expands its demonstration data with more animals, species and synthetic situations to explore as Owner or Staff.

The TailLane demo now offers a more varied synthetic picture: dogs, cats and rabbits alongside guests present, meals, therapies, items needing attention and occupancy. It helps people explore the Dashboard, tasks and Calendar in a less uniform day.

The same demonstration data can be viewed from the Owner or Staff perspective. It does not belong to real facilities, people or animals and does not replace testing against the individual facility’s operational context.

Client portal · in development

You propose. The facility verifies.

A synthetic preview shows the direction of the client portal: requests and updates remain separate proposals. Real access is not active.

TailLane is preparing an invitation-only client portal where customers may propose updates, request availability and view limited information. Nothing automatically replaces operational records or workflows: the facility verifies before accepting.

The beta shows only a synthetic, inert preview with no saving, submission or real access. The capability remains in development and fail-closed until the required Privacy and operational gates are complete.

Mobile operations

The shift does not stay at the desk.

The dashboard and main actions follow the team on the phone, using demonstration data in the public beta.

During a shift, guests present, arrivals, departures and items needing attention must remain readable without returning to the desk. The mobile dashboard brings the opening view of the day together.

The quick menu leads to booking, check-in, check-out, tasks and incidents. The screens come from the public demo and use demonstration data only.

Product culture

Designed in Italy, around real work.

TailLane’s Italian origin translates into verifiable choices: one operational view, human control and mobile within the product.

TailLane is designed and developed in Italy around concrete problems faced by boarding kennels, dog daycares and pet-care facilities: information scattered across tools, decisions that must remain understandable and work that continues throughout the shift.

The project connects bookings, stays and tasks, keeps human control where it matters and publicly separates what is available in the beta from what is still in development.

Data migration

See it first. Then decide.

Changing software should not mean starting over: guided migration makes the source, mapping and remaining decisions visible before import.

In the current TailLane beta, the flow distinguishes the declared source from the detected format, proposes assisted mapping and shows the expected outcome before the operational step.

Uncertain records remain visible for review. The facility stays in control of each decision and receives a final import report, without unverified compatibility claims.

Everyday operations

Your day is already busy enough.

Information should not create more noise. Bookings, tasks and priorities belong in one operational flow.

When arrivals, departures, daily work and alerts live in separate tools, even a normal day requires constant reconstruction.

TailLane connects the operational dashboard, each stay and the team’s daily work. Information stays with the guest and the moment when it matters.

Privacy by design

Privacy is not something to fix at the end.

TailLane is designed to keep notices, acknowledgement and optional consent separate, with explicit gates around relevant features.

Privacy is neither an absolute promise nor a one-time checkbox. It requires clear roles, versioned evidence and decisions grounded in the real processing activity.

Features covered by Privacy gates therefore remain inactive when requirements, configuration or documents are missing. The tools are structured; compliance also depends on each facility’s actual processing and decisions.

Operational calendar

Your calendar should work for you.

Arrivals, departures, bookings and accommodation stay in one view, connected to the right stay.

If understanding who is arriving means rebuilding the day from chats, spreadsheets and notes, the calendar is not doing its job yet.

TailLane shows real occupancy and connects every presence to accommodation, guest and operational workflow. The day stays readable without opening five different tools.
